Playbook is a service of Outvie LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we", "us"). This page explains how we handle information on playbook.outvie.tv. Questions: playbook@outvie.tv.

The audit request form

When you request a free Google visibility audit, we collect your name, your facility's name, its city and state, its website or Google listing link, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and the challenge you pick.

We use this only to prepare your audit, send it to you, and follow up with you about it. We do not sell or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Our site passes your answers to the workflow tool we use to organize audit requests (n8n), and from there to our own email and records. We keep them while we're talking with you about your audit or working with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time at playbook@outvie.tv.

Spam protection

To keep out automated submissions, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks in the background that you're a person. Cloudflare processes information such as your IP address and browser details for that check, and says it uses them only to detect and block bots. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice. We also limit how many times the form can be sent from one connection in a short time.

Visiting this site

This site has no accounts or advertising, and we do not set cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or follow you across other websites. We only see totals, such as page views, the site that linked you here, browser and device type, and country.

Families of the facilities we work with

When we set up outreach for a training facility, messages go out from that facility, and the facility decides who it contacts. We use the families' information only to run that facility's outreach, collect only what's needed to book (never medical information), send texts only to people who have opted in, and include a way to opt out in every message.

Children

This site is meant for facility owners and staff. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
